📖 What does the Creed tell us about Jesus?

He is God's Son. The Creed calls him Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord — not just a good teacher, but God's own Son.
He was truly human. He was born of the Virgin Mary and suffered under Pontius Pilate — real history, real pain.
He died and rose again. He was crucified, died and was buried — then rose again on the third day. Christians believe this is the most important event in history.
He is with God now. He ascended into heaven and sits at God's right hand — a sign of honour and power.
He will come again. The Creed says he will come to judge the living and the dead — his story isn't finished yet.
